Additionally, they will introduce other available tools designed to prevent early life-cycle product failure (e.g. HASS - Highly Accelerated Stress Screening) as well as share with you, answers to some of the most frequently asked questions on product reliability testing.The seminar will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at our Chicago, IL facility.
